Return & Refund Policy for NH Makers

We want you to be happy with your purchase from NH Makers. Because many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, we’ve outlined the conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be accepted.

1. Custom and Personalized Items

All custom or personalized products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes items printed with custom names, sizes, colors, or special design modifications.

If there is an issue with a custom order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and all packaging (inner and outer). We'll review and determine a resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.

2. Standard (Non-Custom) Items

For non-custom items, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@nhmakers.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nhmakers.com with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and all packaging (inner and outer)
  • Your order number

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, depending on item availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

5. Refunds

All refunds must be pre-approved. Items returned without prior contact and approval may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If your refund request is not approved, we will notify you with an explanation. The item may be returned to you at your request and expense.

6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
