Shipping Policy for NH Makers

At NH Makers, we work hard to ensure your order is packed with care and shipped on time. Below you’ll find details about how we handle shipping, processing times, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1. Processing Time
- Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days of purchase.
- Made-to-order items may take an additional 1–2 business days to produce before shipping.
- Custom orders (involving special designs or requests) may require additional time. We’ll contact you with an estimated timeline if applicable.
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking once your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
- We ship most orders via USPS or UPS, using services that balance cost, speed, and reliability.
- Shipping rates are typically based on package weight and destination. You’ll see available options and pricing during checkout.
- In some cases, we may upgrade or adjust shipping carriers to ensure faster or more efficient delivery at no additional cost to you.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on location and chosen shipping method. Once your package is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier backlogs, customs).
- Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days
4. Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship to U.S. addresses only. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the item, please:
- Check with neighbors or other household members
- Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout
- Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) directly for more information
If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, reach out to us at hello@nhmakers.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. NH Makers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If the item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
